Rub your eyes!: Out of home Optical Illusions

Some may have found the last post about Sina, Focus Media, and Google a bit ominous, and perhaps, rightfully so. It’s the weekend; Just Out-of-home is going lighter with this one, and in the constant search for cool concepts, here are some examples of how Optical Illusions (some not) are being used in the out of home industry around the world.

Thanks for the 1st Just Out-Of-Home comment Lionel! This site is something that’s been put off for a few years, but finally decided to join the party starting this weekend. Digital Signage Universe is SUPER awesome as well; big fan! Definitely appreciate the adds, and hope we can work together somewhere down the line. Just Out Of Home will try to take a “casual / fun perspective” in our space, so if you need a break from your serious journalistic writing, and have something fun, we would love to post it. Definitely welcome guest bloggers, etc.
Looking forward to working together to evangelize our industry and make it interesting for the future generations who can take OOH to the next level!

Great content here! I too am going to add you to my blogroll. We are a growing OOH/DOOH provider in SWFL, Started 3 years ago with mobile billboards and have evolved since then. I love all the great info and the fact that Nielsen backing out isn’t a nail in the coffin of this industry. Keep up the good work!

Hey Jon!
Thanks for reading AND the Blogroll! Saw http://mobile-exposure.biz/howwedoit.asp, and some great and relevant OOH media assets you guys have. I’m sure your are aware of them, but if not, you should check out http://www.lime-media.com/ I’ve personally seen their capabilities during the media / campaign planning for Rockstar’s GTA IV release at my previous position and was quite impressed with their capabilities. Got know your competitive space, you know?
Keep on visiting and hope your week is starting on a Great note Jon!
